Eat green, be lean?
Avocado eaters may be thinner than their non-avocado-eating counterparts.

  • Avocados are abundant in fiber, Vitamin E & K, magnesium, potassium, & healthy (unsaturated fat)
  • Smear this creamy fruit on toast or indulge in some guacamole
