Eat high calorie treats in smaller amounts once in awhile within meals that include healthier choices.
Can’t resist Mac & Cheese? Pair it with veggies like asparagus or carrots & enjoy fruit for dessert.
Splurge on a hamburger, but skip the cheese & swap the French fries for a side of your favorite veggie.
Pair pizza with a large low fat salad. Choose healthy toppings like vegetables.
