Smart Heart, Healthy Mind?  What is good for the mind is good for the heart.
Plaque buildup can affect the heart & mind.
Some simple solutions to protect both:

  • Pick fish-One to 2 (4 oz) servings of fatty fish per week-salmon, mackerel, rainbow trout, sardines
  • Pour a glass of red wine
  • Eat more produce-increase your intake of fruits & vegetables
